TortoiseSVN apply settings for all users

We have installed TortoiseSVN on our multi user server. If I update settings, it applied to only me. We need to update settings for all users. How can we do that?

most settings are only per user, so the only way to update those for all users would be via your domain controller using GPOs.
But there are some settings that you can set per repository:
