Sync - Manual export password will not work on import

I'm using TortoiseSVN 1.12.2, Build 28653 - 64 Bit , 2019/08/04 13:03:09.

I'm trying to restore my settings by importing the saved settings but the password seems not to be OK - I assume this because the password is asked again after input.

I did not forgot the password, and you can test this by exporting, set a simple password "1q2w3e", and try to import again. It will not work.

The only way I made it work is by using a blank password (basically not using a password).

I need a fix that will be able to recognized my old tsex password and import my settings.
