Hi,

If I add a new external and botch the URL, then try to do the "fetch head revision and adjust to it", TortoiseSVN crashes with an assertion failure.  I put up a short video demonstrating this:  https://youtu.be/VprL2DD2aeA

You can see that the "show log" correctly reports that the path doesn't exist and handles it fairly gracefully--although it populates the peg revision field with "-5", which is curious (I'd assume that's an error code returned by some function?  But the "fetch head revision and adjust to it" context menu item actually causes a full crash.  I have to end the TSVN process to resume normal activity.

Thanks,
Festus
