"SVN copy here and rename" should allow the same name if the target directory is different

Hello,

when copying files between different folders with "SVN copy here and rename", the dialog that comes up doesn't allow keeping the same name. Instead, if I change my mind and realize that I need the same name, I have to cancel the operation and drag the file again using "SVN copy here". Could this be allowed, if the target directory is different and the file name doesn't already exist?
