Dialog Boxes for Commit and Update Process Do Not Appear

When I commit or update files, I can see the icon in my system tray (Windows 10) flashing and indicating the update is in progress, but the dialog box is not appearing. Files are being updated and committed correctly, so the only thing I'm missing is the scrolling list of files that are getting changed/sent/etc. This is a new issue for me (last two days), and everything worked for me previously for several years. I updated to the latest version of TSVN today, but it did not fix the problem.

try this:

go to the settings dialog->saved data page.

then click the button "Clear" right of "Dialog sizes and positions".

Is this yet another case of dialog (or window) appears outside of screen area?

If yes, can you (developers) make a petition to Microsoft or something similar?

And we users will sign it en masse.

Because it is really annoying.

If not, ignore this message.
