Are The Postings To This Forum Moderated?

I thought I had posted a topic re: apr.h and apu.h on August 7th, 2019 around 4:30 p.m. PST, yet I do not see August 8th, 5:15 a.m. PST, what I thought I posted.

Are postings in this forum moderated?  If so, what are the standards?

if you're not logged in to google groups and haven't joined this group, then your posts are moderated.

But since I can only moderate posts through in the evening (or sometimes during the day if I get some time in the office) it will take a while.
