Since I changed to Windows Server 2025 I receive the below blocked message. The underlying NFS infrastructure didn't change.
And right-click in the directory takes around half minute until the menu appears. Solutions here and in StackOverflow didn't help.

Therefore I imply it is somehow related to a Windows Server 2025 issue. Any idea?

Do you store the working copy on an NFS drive mounted in Windows?

You may very  well be right that the issue is related to Windows Server 2025, for example how Explorer is using the context menu and/or changes in the NFS client. However there is probably very little that can be done on the application side since SQLite so clearly says that NFS shares are not supported.

Kind regards,
Daniel

Thank you Daniel for the fast reply which unfortunately confirmed what I expected.
I have another VM with Windows Server 2012 R2. There is no issue and I used it around 15 years in the previous configuration without any issue. Now it's a bit complicated to maintain the SVN via the other VM but better than losing totally the functionality.

Last Question:
I used the TortoiseSVN command line tools for PhpStorm. Is there a way to install only the TortoiseSVN command line tools without the shell?

Thank you, Peter

I would assume the shell components are always installed, but I havn't digged into it. If you would like to only install the command line tools, check the other binary distributions on https://subversion.apache.org/packages.html#windows

Kind regards,
Daniel
