Removing support for Snarl

Hi,

I've been looking at cleaning up the code a bit and Snarl seems to be a very old dependency. Is there anyone out there still using Snarl who can point at a current release that actually works with TortoiseSVN?

If not, we consider removing Snarl for the upcoming 1.15 release.
