Cannot recognise working copies

I got a new PC, with installed Windows 10. Previously I had windows 7.
Also Tortoise SVN 1.7.7 was installed in the new PC

I copied data files from my old PC. These data files include working copies that I was using in my previous PC.

I'm not able to recognize these working copies in the new PC. I have to create new working copies starting from the svn repository while instead I would like to continue using my previous working copies.

I tried also SVN UPGRADE WORKING COPY but it says that it cannot upgrade. Most likely it is not the tortoise version that makes the difference.

Second point.
If I create a new working copy I don't see the overlay icons.
