Summary: Log cache appears to be used only when using Windows Explorer Properties dialogue -> Subversion tab, not when using TortoiseSVN context menu -> Show Log

Expected behavior: Log cache is used every time the log window is displayed

Actual behavior: Log cache does not appear to be created or used when accessing logs from context menu

Steps to reproduce:
1) View Tortoise context menu -> settings -> Log Caching -> Cached Repositories. See that repository X is not listed. Close this dialog box
2) Inside a checkout of X use the Tortoise context menu -> Show Log to view the log.
3) Repeat step one and see that X is still not listed despite having just accessed the log
4) In the checkout of X use the Windows context menu to show Windows' folder properties -> Subversion tab -> Show log. This shows the same log as step 2.
5) Repeat step 1 and see that X is now listed as a cached repository.

These steps are reproducible and happen with every repository I've tried.

Product: Windows 10 / Tortoise 1.14.5

Thanks for a great tool!

Cheers,

T
