SVN update end with a error: Can't read file 'C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\report.tmp': End of file found

The error occurs only on some checked out folders and mainly from the root. When you update from a lower folder on tree if works. The error occurs also other co-workers. I am running the latest release and have done a clean.

Googling turns up very few useful results. The best I can find is this one:

Seems like a server-side error. If you can't fix it you should ask on
teh subversion users mailing list instead.
