TortoiseProc.exe Windows Securuty Error

Hi Team,
I want to delete the folder.But when i do so i want getting error because they are checked out by using SVN.I have stopped the SVN come Taks Manager and deleted the folders.Now when i try to check out again.It is asking for SVN id and passowrd . After that I am getting one more popup stating that Windows Security (TortoiseProc.exe) asking for username and password.I dont know which username and password i need to give I am admin of my Wondows system and I have Installs my VPS on Linux Server using Webuzo.I am admin for not the systems.But i cant login.
If i click on cancle i am getting error message stating
"Unable to connect to Repositry at URL".The xml resonse contains invalid XML Malformed XML : no element found at line 1.
