Check-for-modifications dialog, select the files, then just drag the
files to another folder in explorer.

But the problem is the folder structure is not preserved when I drag files in this way. Normal export does that and that's the real usefulness. It would be great if there was a way to do such an export.

Right-drag the folder to another location, then choose "SVN export here"
or "SVN export all to here" (this directly in explorer).

That will export all files from the folder - I want to export only *changed* files. In other words I want to export files that are shown in the Check-for-modifications dialog while preserving the folder structure. Is this possible?
