Restore after comit

It seems like the yellow icon for files that will be restored after commit has been removed.

Why?

I hope this is a bug :)
I couldn't find any changes specific to Restore-after-commit in the revision log but there are some icon-related commits (like https://sourceforge.net/p/tortoisesvn/code/27919/#diff-2 and https://sourceforge.net/p/tortoisesvn/code/27817/ )

Could we please have a point release to fix this - it is really annoying not having those icons in the commit dialog.

FTR: I just retested this with TSVN 1.10.0 and can confirm it is fixed in this version.
