I am in Korea.
I'm trying to download the latest version from the official website, but I can't download it.

504 Gateway Timeout

The above appears.

Is it just me?

It works for me. Please note that there are several mirrors you can choose from (upper right corner) and try another mirror.

OSDN.NET, the site hosting the source code repository and the primary download site, has hade a multitue of issues the last year. Maybe you just hit their mirror and they had temporary issues? (Their download works right now but with very limited download speed).

OSDN.net seems to be well and truly down for me right now.

I don't see any mirrors listed on https://tortoisesvn.net/downloads.html … it just links to OSDN, which is down.

I was able to successfully download TortoiseSVN from https://osdn.mirror.constant.com/storage/g/t/to/tortoisesvn/1.14.5/Application/TortoiseSVN-1.14.5.29465-win32-svn-1.14.2.msi by googling for a mirror.

It might be wise to update https://tortoisesvn.net/downloads.html to link there, or to find another place to host Tortoise SVN downloads in the future.
