cannot upgrade to V10.1 with TortoiseSVN-1.10.0.28176-x64-svn-1.10.0.msi

Windows Installer (Win 10 prof):
This installation package could not be opened. Contact app vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package.

Same result for 32 bits and with more than one PC.

Workaround????

get a proper download?

if the msi is corrupted, then something happened with the download or a virus scanner changed the data.

And also check the digital signature on the msi:

Thank you for answering. I downloaded this in multiple PCs with very different virus checkers, etc. Win 8, Win 10. Version 9 does not have this problem.

There was no digital signature and these are a few properties:

For fun I tried another download just now with digital signature and it installed as expected.

I really like the diff functionality as compared to many others. One thing: the full path shows only as a tool-tip. Clumsy to get on demand. Is it possible to show it at the bottom or have option to show?
