svnadmin hotcopy error

Hello,

I am trying to make a backup of our SVN repository, which I have done successfully in the past, but I am getting an error:

I type: 

svnadmin hotcopy D:\solemma_diva D:\_DIVA\_backup\svnbackup --clean-logs

and I get:

svnadmin: E720002: Can't open file 'D:\format': The system cannot find the file specified.

I have checked to see if I need to update Tortoise SVN, but it doesn't look like it, although my next step is going to be to download, and recheck out.

I didn't see anything on your website about this error or backup errors.

this doesnt answer the original question, why having this error, the command is the same as the one in the xamples you share, using local working copy repo :( yet this error
