After updating to version 1.15, the TortoisePlink command window flashes by whenever I try to access the subversion server (using svn+ssh://). I got around the problem by specifying the TortoisePlink.exe that comes with TortoiseGit for now.

I see this too. It's extremely annoying as it also changes window focus
