to TortoiseSVN
Current System Environment:
1、Operating System Version: Windows 11 24H2 (build 26100.4946)
2、TortoiseSVN 1.14.9

Preparation:
1、Download and open the "ProcessExplorer" software.
2、Right-click on the list name in "ProcessExplorer" software, click "Select Columns", then click "Process Memory", and select "GDI Objects".
3、In the "Process" list, find "explorer.exe" and check the "GDI Objects" count.
4、When the number of "GDI Objects" approaches around 10,000, the Explorer will crash.

Reproduction Steps:
1.First, create a folder at C:\Users\yh\Downloads\Compressed, where yh is the current username.
2.Create another folder on a different drive, for example, D:\desktop\testdir.
3.Create approximately 23 ZIP files, each containing some random files, with each ZIP file being around 62 KB in size.
4.Cut and paste these ZIP files into the C:\Users\yh\Downloads\Compressed directory.
5.One by one, cut and paste a ZIP file from C:\Users\yh\Downloads\Compressed to D:\desktop\testdir until explorer.exe crashes.
6.If explorer.exe does not crash, cut and paste all the ZIP files from D:\desktop\testdir back to C:\Users\yh\Downloads\Compressed, then repeat step 5. Normally, the issue can be reproduced within two rounds of this operation.
