Not getting Icon Overlays while updating SVN Folder

Multiple users are not getting Green Tick icon on SVN folder. Has anybody faced similar issue in the past and has a resolution for this?

Sometimes it helps to right click, TortoiseSVN, Cleanup. There is an option to Refresh shell overlays.

I tried this option on affected machine, even after this the issue is not resolved.
