Edited Log Messages not updated in Revision Log Dialog

After editing log messages through Revision Log Dialog, right-click "Edit log message", the messages are sometimes (~50% occurrence) not refreshed in the column Message nor in the center textbox. Instead, the old message (from a cache?) is displayed. It also does not update when clicking on "Refresh" or re-opening the Revision Log Dialog.

Have you tried to do an Update?

Yes, sorry I did not mention this. Also a PC restart or clean up does not resolve the issue. When I right-click > Edit log message I can see the correct updated message in the Edit dialog, but not in the main table view. Also via svn command line I always see the updated message.

Have you tried to Update or Delete the Log Cache, ie in the TortoiseSVN Settings, under Log Caching, Cached Repositories?

Yes, I tried updating and deleting the log cache in Settings > Log Caching > Cached Repositories. Both Update and Delete did not resolve the issue.

I tried Settings > Saved Data > Log messages (Show log dialog) > Clear which updated the entries but I don't know yet if refreshing properly works.
