Context menu's bold item does not match double-click action on file list in log viewer

The item in bold in the context menu does not match the default action
if I double-click or press enter on the item.

I was viewing the log (for an individual file), in the file list in the
bottom pane I right-clicked and "Open" was the item in the context menu
in bold, clicking this did the expected create temp file and open in
default viewer. Double-clicking the listview item instead opened up
TortoiseIDiff. I can't even see any entry in the context menu which
would open this. (The file I was looking at in the file list pane was
not the file I opened the log for).

The file in question was a .bmp, and there is no previous version of the
file in the repository. In fact it has never changed.

I am using TortoiseSVN 1.6.3, Build 16613 - 32 Bit , 2009/06/20 09:28:19

The nice part of this was that I learnt TortoiseIDiff existed. :)
