We currently have TortoiseSVN version 1.14.1 . Is anyone aware of vulnerabilities associated with the recent discovery of Log4j?

No, TSVN and svn are NOT affected.

and next time, just read a few posts on this list. That's called curtesy. You would have found the same question including answer yourself.
