Unable to install or uninstall Tortoise SVN after Drive Crashed

Hello all,

I had installed Tortoise SVN on E drive(Separate Internal Harddisk) and my windows exist on C drive (Separate Internal Harddisk).

My E drive(Separate Internal Harddisk) crashed and is not working anymore. I need to work on my projects and tried to reinstall Tortoise on C drive but it closes immediately saying "Invalid Drive E".

I am unable uninstall the previously installation on E drive as it doesn't exist.

New setup keeps looking for E drive to modify the existing installation by default and doesn't do a fresh install.

Please help as my work is getting impacted.
