[BUG] "Show All"/"Show Range" button inverted

In the Log window, if you click "Show All" or "Show Range...", it does the opposite action until you select an action from the submenu. The registry is storing 1 or 2, but the initialization code is looking for 0 or 1 so it's initializing the button with the wrong text.
