Error: Operation was attempted on something that is not a socket. What's the issue

Hello!

When I try to checkout a project, switch branches, merge etc. I get an error message: "Operation was attempted on something that is not a socket".

What I have tried:

1. Checkout a project on a different computer: it works there fine

2. Use another svn client: it works, I've tried two other clients and the version control works normally

3. Checkout a different project on my computer: doesn't work, all projects return the same error.

4. Try multiple operations (merge, checkout...): only commit works, everything else throws an error.

5. Reinstall tortoise SVN on my computer: didn't fix anything.

I'm really out of ideas, can you guys help out?
