Error while upgrading to TortoiseSVN 1.14

I received below error while i am upgrading the version to TortoiseSVN 1.14, 



I tried to reinstall and it worked fine. 

Could you please check and let me know if there is a command line parameter to reinstall the version as we deploy this firm wide.

We are in process of packaging this to deploy firmwide. Hence, we would like to know if there is a silent switch or a parameter for reinstalling or repairing the installer.

you could use a 1.14 nightly, which included the fix.

I tried to install TortoiseSVN-1.14.0.28924-dev-x64-ipv6-svn-1.14.0.msi and it is protected by window defender. 

Could you please copy the installer here. It would be great if you can copy the installer here.

The nightlies are not digitally signed, so this may be your issue.

Can we get a new digitally signed build with the fix, please?

We don't like to wait for subversion 1.14.1 update and corresponding 1.14.1 TortoiseSVN build. And deploying a not digitally signed MSI package is no option...

TSVN no longer waits for subversion releases to release own fixed versions.

But why do we see no fixed release build of TSVN since June 3th (bug-fix committed in r28894)? The release download is still r28885.

Because I don't have unlimited time. I just started a new job with a new company, that's why I currently don't have a lot of time left to make a new release. Please be patient.
