How to fully uninstall TortoiseSVN

I have problems with Uninstalling TortoiseSVN. It have a few files left, but i can't delete them, the reason is almost always is problems with interface, or computer tells me. that this file does not exist. I used Uninstall function in TortoiseSVN setup, but it didn't help. I tried to search the answer in the NET or manuals, but i didn't get the answer.
