TSVN 1.10.0 - unshelve doesnt work when shelve name has an Umlaut (lika ÄÜÖüäö) in it

Hey guys.
Have tested the new shelving feature and faced an Umlaut issue with the shelve name. When an Umlaut (ÜÖÄüöä) is in it, you cant unshelve it!
The error is: "Shelved change '[shelve name]' not found"
A workaround is to go into .svn\shelves\ directory, grab the filename (without .patch extension). Convert it with an online HEX-UTF8 converter, remove the Umlaut's, reconvert it to hex and rename the .patch according to the new name.
Can you please looj into this and fix it in future versions?
