Parent folders always show GREEN check mark

In previous versions the parent folder icons of monitored folders would change from a green check mark to a red exclamation when any files had changed and weren't yet committed.  The latest couple versions no longer do this.  The file icons within the folder correctly change but the folders themselves no longer do this in Windows 10.
