Who are using the CommitMonitor?

Sometime ago I suggested to "merge" the CommitMonitor with TortoiseSVN
and use something like the icon overlay to identify if there are some
new commit on repository. I think the TortoiseSVN merged with
CommitMonitor could have some icon in SystemTray like CommitMonitor
and it could be an option in Tortoise settings, something like "Show
icon in SystemTray". With this option, the user could identify if
there is some new commit like the CommitMonitor does, or, if the user
uncheck this option, the user could see if there is some new commit
directly on working copy (icon overlay).

I'm posting it again because there is no answer for the last post.

Thanks.

Regards,

Rafael

Hi Rafael,

I am. :-)

Yes, that would seem logical, given CommitMonitor is currently made by a TSVN team element (Stefan), and also because one usually one has a project checkout which also wants to keep an eye on. Having a way to simply toggle monitoring a given repository would be nice indeed.

I'm thinking in giving a try at SVNMonitor (pointed out in another thread reply).

Don't recall anything about that, probably missed it.
