Error: Unexpected end of index file

Hi

I added new files to the repository and try to commit them. Unfortunately i received the following message which is "Unexpected end of index file ...". I tried to delete the checkout folder and create a new one. But this doesn't work. I also deleted the files and added them again. This also doesn't work. I also tried to make a new repository and checking all the files in. In this case i can add and commit all the files, but i lose the log in my current repository. What i've noticed is that i have the same file in different subfolders of the trunk folder. But i think this shouldn't be a problem. Does anyone know what the cause of this problem may be?

I am also getting this error (and other similar ones) and it's driving me crazy.
