We are using Subversion in our website development group with TortiseSVN and currently perform several steps for delivering all files. We have to export the final copy, then zip all files.

It would be great if there was a way of automating this into one step of Export & Zip.

Is there a way of scripting this for a windows platform?

Use the subversion command line client and write a batch file, perl
script, python script or whatever. TortoiseSVN is a GUI application
and not intended for scripting unless you still need some aspect of
GUI interaction.
