[BUG] TortoiseMerge Does Not Properly Re-Render When Changing Monitors

If you move the TortoiseMerge Window between monitors with different DPI scaling (on Windows), it does not re-draw / rescale the text panes correctly.

e.g. move from 4K monitor @ 150% to HD monitor at @100%, or vice versa.

You can force the redraw by going File|Settings|OK... but that's a bit of a pain.

There was a change made a few days ago (r29551). Can you check if the nightly builds [1] work for you? (Please be aware the the nightly builds up until 2023-05-24 has a known error in the Show Log window - this should hopefully be fixed in the 2023-05-25 build - available in a few hours).
