Bug "Could not convert '####error###' into a number" on accessing a special URL

Hi all,

using TortoiseSVN version 1.9.6 I'm getting a the error message
"Could not convert '####error###' into a number"
This is valid for
- one spacial URL only (all other URLs of the repository seem to work fine),
- for TortoiseSVN v1.9 and above and
- for the Explorer-Plugin only.
Using the corresponding command line client, e.g. like
"C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\svn.exe" list <URL>
this error is not apparent.

Details of my system(s):
- OS: Windows 7 (32bit) and Windows 10 (64bit).
- German localization, but English language pack.

I would be very grateful If someone would find the time to take care about this issue.

and what is the url that doesn't work?
