Virtualenv deactivate cuts connection from SVN repo

Hi All,

After I deactivate my virtualenv I lose the ability to right-click and commit or update.  Is there something I need to setup for this?  I dont really understand what is going on here.  
version info:
TortoiseSVN 1.9.5, Build 27581 - 64 Bit , 2016/11/26 09:18:58
Subversion 1.9.5, -release
apr 1.5.2
apr-util 1.5.4

It is unclear what you mean by "deactivate my virtualenv". What exactly do you deactivate and how? Is there a reproduction script?

Note that TortoiseSVN 1.9 is outdated. You need to upgrade to 1.14.
