Hi Team,
Getting error while committing after adding a file to the working copy.
Error - "Commit Failed. "commit blocked by pre-commint hook (exit code1) with output: you are not allowed to commit into "01_boi/.......(Location)/" folder!
If you want to break the lock, "use the check for modification" dialog or repository browser.

Hi!
Read an svn book about precommit hooks.
Your server has a precommit hook installed that does some additional checking and prevents the commit.
I use such in some of my repositories to allow write access on a much finer level (each user only in his project tree) than what subversion offers.
This is a server configuration issue, not a tool issue.
Ask your server admin for details. Tortoise Subversion only reports a failure message it receives from the server.
