Most likely it's because "the certificate has an unknown error". Note that there are at least three problems with the certificate.

Thanks for reply.

While I was trying to solve the problem, I found this:

And in this discussion, @Daniel Sahlberg  said:

TortoiseSVN 1.14.5 was using OpenSSL 1.1.1m
TortoiseSVN 1.14.6 is using OpenSSL 3.2.0

The change was done since OpenSSL 1.1.1 is considered EOL from September 11th 2023.

Probably the certificate you are using is signed with an algorithm that is deprecated/removed in OpenSSL 3.2.0.

So, I tried to downgrade TortoiseSVN version from 1.14.6 to 1.14.5, and then the "Accept Permanently" option appeared. :-)

Make sure you understand that any security issues will not be fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.1 and future releases of TortoiseSVN will use OpenSSL 3.

The correct solution is of course to update the server certificate to correct the issues pointed out.

At the same time, I believe Subversion Edge is no longer supported by CollabNet (nowadays known as Digital.ai) so you should probably also switch to a supported server version.

Kind regards
Daniel
