File is getting committed successfully but still in repository updated code is not reflecting in Tortoise SVN 1.8.4.24972.?

Hi,

I am committing one of my file in code (say x.cbl) and it is getting committed without any warning (by both command and interface), but whenever I am taking checkout of that folder/ or update of x.cbl , the updated file is not showing, is anybody have any solution regarding the same?
