SVN Update and SVN Commit does not appear in the main context menu

Hi,

I have Tortoise SVN Subversion Client Version 1.9 installed on my Windows 10 64 bit machine. I have problem that the SVN Update or SVN Commit does not appear in context menu.

I do not see any problem with the installation. I have cross checked the configuration in SVN Settings and the relevant items are checked for display in the main context menu.

Please advise troubleshooting.

Have you installed the 32-bit or 64-bit version of TortoiseSVN?

Yup. I have reinstalled tortoise can too  but did not help.
