SVN Green Tick Mark Issue

Hello Support,

 

Regarding the Tortoise SVN Software we have couple of query on which we require help from your end ASAP.

 

1. Most of the users at our end are using the Tortoise SVN Software but while using the SVN Software when they are trying to take the update and also if they trying to commit the specific files on the SVN the green tick mark is not visible and at that time we are uninstalling and reinstalling the Tortoise SVN Software using the Revo uninstaller and also we are making the changes in the registry path that is we are going in the run command and type regedit in that and go in the path that is  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ ShellIconOverlayIdentifiers.

 

When we expand the Shellicon Overlay Identifiers we are getting the below options in that at the starting of each words  we are  giving the 3 spacing in that

 

 

 

And in the Tortoise SVN Settings we also set the format to XY Style format as mentioned in  the given below format. And once all this settings are done our Tortoise SVN Green Tick Mark issue is getting resolved. But my query is that this issue is fixed on temporary basis and suddenly after 1 to 2 weeks we are getting the same issue of green tick mark again. So, please can you assist us here on some permanent solution to help fix the issue of the green tick mark.
