TMerge not ignoring empty line changes

Hi!
Version 1.13.1 TMerge shows changes in empty lines, even if all
relevant (I hope) settings are set properly:
- ignore all white space changes
- Ignore line endings
See attached screenshot.
Is there a way to make it ignore changes in empty lines (empty lines
added or removed) ?

Sorry, but when adding or removing empty lines that still counts as a change. There's currently no way to ignore those.
