SVN Update issue

After the change made on a file via svnserver, another user can see the current version by updating it, but another user in the same department cannot see it.

first, this is the developers list. You should ask your questions on the users list instead.

As for your problem: make sure the other developer uses the same repo url and is on the same branch.
