Nightly builds failure

Hi,

The nightly builds doesn't seem to work at the moment.

Bonus points for checking if the following folder should really exist on the build server: https://nightlybuilds.tortoisesvn.net/latest/win32/full/release64/bin/

It seems to contain files from 2021-Mar-17.
