Hello,

TortoiseSVN supports viewing a collection of repositories[*] and it
seems that a bug was introduced in TortoiseSVN 1.9.0. The bug does not
reproduce with TortoiseSVN 1.8.12.

When I use the repo browser to navigate to the repo collection, e.g.
to https://svn.example.com/svn/, TortoiseSVN displays the list of
repositories correctly. But at the same time it will show the error
I'd expect to see when using a command-line client that does not
support viewing the list of repositories. I don't expect to see this
error in TortoiseSVN:
[[[
Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://svn.example.com/svn'
The XML response contains invalid XML
Malformed XML: no element found
]]]

To reproduce this, navigate to the collection using repo browser,
click on any repository and click on the root node again (e.g.
https://svn.example.com/svn/).

TortoiseSVN 1.8.12 does not show any errors in this case but
TortoiseSVN 1.9.0 & 1.9.4 does.
