Files not visible on SVN

Dear All,

thanks in advance.

We are using SVN on AWS-ec2 instance. Unfortunately we were not able to view our Branches. it says not "No access allowed to the folder".

when logged into Ubuntu or WinSCP and can't access or see the branches. 

Tried with SVNServe commands but no luck. 

Need urgent help.
