I need set global ignore pattern for all users who login to machine. When I do it in TortoiseSVN0-> Settings, it applies to current user only.
Please suggest how to do it for all users.

The easiest way:
change the registry key from HKCU to HKLM (check which one by using regedit.exe, viewing HKCU\Software\TortoiseSVN and/or HKCU\Software\Tigris.org\Subversion)

explains further places for configurations.

Thank you for your response. This does not worked for me.
I tried to change registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Tigris.org\Subversion\Config\Miscellany\global-ignores. I have added *.log *.txt value. But when I tried to add new folder, I can see .log and .txt files in list.
