Subversion 1.7.1 by 31 Oct. What of Tortoise?

I saw a posting on the Subversion dev list that talks about doing 1.7.1 before the end of October. I'm wondering if the commits to Subversion are likely to affect Tortoise and if Tortoise is likely to also release a point release in the same time frame.

There were already a few bugfixes done in the svn library, that's why
Hyrum suggested the date for the 1.7.1 release.
And of course, TSVN 1.7.1 will be released alongside Subversion 1.7.1.
