Spurious spam messages in user list?

Hi,

Yesterday and again today I received a spam mail through the user
mailing list. Were these moderated through, or did someone subscribe
prior to sending these?

Or does the mail-list server have a SPAM filter that failed to catch
these messages?

Sorry, those got accidentally moderated through. Don't know who it did,
but lets hope it won't happen again.
