Install location set with msiexec

• How to set this? 
• In fact, what Tortoise specific options are available for msiexec?
• Are there options to request admin install for all local machine users without a prompt? The install will be run as Admin by MS Software Center ... I need the options to properly configure the script used by it.
• Is it required to uninstall any current version, or is that automatic?

I know how to use the standard msiexec options for silent installs. I also found how to request installation of the command line tools via the CLI option.
